It’s no fun, but sometimes this happens. Occasionally a carrier will mark your package as delivered before it’s been physically dropped off. 

Please be sure to check your front/side/back doors, garage area, mailbox, bushes or any other place where your package may be hiding. Also, please ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you or if the carrier accidentally delivered it to them. It's also possible your local Post Office is holding the package for pickup and they forgot to leave a note so we suggest checking in there - your local Post Office will be able to look into this more quickly and accurately than the number on the USPS website.

Typically, packages turn up within 3 business days. If it’s still missing after 3 days, please get in touch with us at threads@montanashirtco.com

We print on several different brands and styles of shirt. Each style has a size chart right in the description and that size chart is specific to the shirt you are looking at! The length measurement is taken from the point the collar meets the shoulder seam down to the hem. The width measurement is across the chest, approximately 1-2" below the armhole. If we missed a size chart or you have more questions, send us a message and we will get you all the info you need!

Kids come in all shapes and sizes and while age can be loosely linked to the numerical size, we suggest double checking the size chart found in the description or asking the parent if you are buying a gift. When in doubt, always go up a size, kiddos will keep growing! The alpha sizes roughly translate to: XS = 4/5, S = 6/7, M = 8, L = 10/12, XL = 14/16

Our office always tries to process orders the following business day. Occasionally we need to print a shirt from your order and it may take up to a week or so to get your order out - we will always get it to you as quickly as we can! If you need your shirt by a certain date, please include that in the notes section so we can reach out with alternation options if we have a delay in shipping. As soon as your order ships, you will get an email with the tracking number. We are a small operation and do our best to turn orders around as fast as we can and we appreciate your patience!

Hate when that happens! All if the info you need on how to do an exchange or return can be found here. At this time we do not provide pre-paid labels to send your shirts back but we do cover the cost for the new size to go out.

We are so sorry to hear that things haven't worked for you so far! We want to make sure you are able to find something you love and will wear for years to come. We are always happy to cover the shipping on your first exchange however after we have processed your first exchange from an order, we will issue store credit in the original amount paid for any further exchanges coming from your order once your items are returned to us. We feel that store credit is the best way for you to shop around and find the perfect shirt for you!

If you purchased something from our Last Call section or a Grab Bag, it is final sale and not eligible for any type of return or exchange.

For any items purchased during promotional sales, we are happy to make exchanges for a different size or a different color of the same style. A hoodie is an even exchange for a hoodie, a tee for a tee. However if you would like to exchange something for an entirely different style, the discount does not transfer and the amount paid is treated as store credit towards a new purchase.

To exchange for a new style entirely, please make sure to include the SKU for the style you wish to exchange for. All exchange information can be found here.

Unfortunately we cannot - each shipping address requires a new order.

We do! We currently offer local pickup at our warehouse in Whitefish. You will have the option for local pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready to be picked up, we will send you an email to notify you. All orders will be available for pick up at 1830 Baker Ave, Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:30pm. If you would like to pick up your order from our retail store at 205 Central Ave in Whitefish, please leave a note on your order. Orders requesting pick up at our retail location may take an additional day to process. At this time, we cannot offer pick up at our Bozeman location.

All international customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees are not included with the cost of shipping, and we are unable to provide any estimates. Please check with your local customs agency for more details before you place your order.

We do! While we can't customize the designs you see on our website, we do offer custom printing if you have art you want on a shirt!

For custom printing, we have a minimum of 36 shirts. Prices vary based on print locations, art, shirt style, etc. Our lead times also vary depending on the time of year and product availability. If you can't meet the minimum of 36, please don't hesitate to reach out! We can help you locate a printer that can accommodate your needs.
